CHRYSALIS-The Budding Designer Contest
D J Academy of Design proudly hosted CHRYSALIS, an inter-school design competition for budding talents, as part of our Design Outreach program. Held on October 13th, 2023, at our Coimbatore campus, CHRYSALIS witnessed an impressive 263 participants from 24 schools around the city.
This engaging competition, focusing on clay modeling and painting, provided a platform for students in two categories: Junior Level (Class 9 & 10) and Senior Level (Class 11 & 12), to showcase their creativity, ideation, and problem-solving skills, all crucial aspects of design education.
Prof. Atul Kedia, Dean of DJ Academy of Design, addressed the students at the closing ceremony and presented awards to the well-deserved winners
