We are delighted to share that Richard Mark, a student of DJ Academy of Design, has been crowned the State Level Champion in Industrial Design Technology at the TN Skills Competition 2026, conducted by Naan Mudhalvan – TNSDC. Richard was felicitated at a ceremony presided over by the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, marking a significant milestone in his design journey. With this achievement, he will represent Tamil Nadu at the upcoming Regional and India Skills Competition 2026.
To celebrate this remarkable achievement, DJAD students, Dean Mr. Vydianathan Ramaswami, Academic Advisor Ms. Sarita Sundar, Mr. Soundhar Rajhan K, Chief Strategy Officer - LMW, along with faculty, supporting staff, came together to cut the cake and honour Richard’s success. We are proud to have been part of Richard’s journey and congratulate him on this well-deserved recognition. Wishing him continued success on the national stage!
